Bathing my baby is fun to do, but I need to be careful too especially now that she wanted to grab everything in the tub. She likes to play in the water, and sometimes she doesn't like to get out from the tub, but I have to find a way that she wouldn't cry as soon as I pick her up from the tub. My little princess is still wearing a diaper, and to prevent diaper rashes, I make sure that Sarah is always clean and dry.
Honestly, I am wishing that Sarah would stop wearing diaper, so I could spend the budget for diapers to other things like baby’s accessories and probably toys. Ha-ha! I have so many plans for my daughter, especially for her future, but for now, I just want to give her a happy life with me and to her dad. Anyway, she had her bathe earlier, and after giving her milk and tossed as well as turning for a couple of minutes, I was so glad she eventually fell asleep. :)
Christmas holiday is fast approaching and you probably making a list now for your Christmas shopping. Does it sound too early for making a list? I guess not, but I know there are people who like to shop as early as possible to avoid the snake-like counters if you shop at the nearest local store. Sadly, I am not one of those housewives who start shopping for Christmas gifts in August, which is of course, ideal. However, there are also people that couldn't avoid the last-minute shopping due to their hectic schedule at work. I usually shop for Christmas gifts online for there are lots of choices, and it is easy to find a perfect gift for your love ones.
A moment ago, I found a unique
wildlife home décor. Those small wonders are actually a perfect gift for in- laws. Well-mannered pieces such as watches, wine holder and more are sure to be appreciated by any father figure. I wish the husbands out there would have time to visit this online store for I really like the “Circle of Friends” wall décor. So, if you are looking for a gift this Christmas, try checking the site and see if you could find a perfect gift for your friends and family.
My Sam is over one year old and days soon, she will turn one year and two months. " Time flies fast ", is what I can describe thinking the time I experienced the pain of delivering her into this world. The time that I first held her in my arms. And the time when she had her first surgery. Time went away, she already had her second surgery when she was nine months old. And now I cannot wait of third surgery to lock the risk to which I hope she won't need more surgery in the further years. Thanks to the technology and the knowledgeable and great doctors and the team that she is here now with me happily. I give and will always give my best of taking care of her, yes, to the best of my ability.
The great news is, she is a happy baby, active and willing to learn as well as experience what this world can offer. What a willful this child is. I am not saying that because I am her mother but that is what what I saw in her. God bless this beautiful precious child of mine. She is my everything.
I would like to ask this to all mothers. How do you manage holding an academic position while being a wife, mother and homemaker at the same time? Well, I am not currently employed in a company. I stayed at home all day and night together with my little angel of my life. I sometimes blog if I get a chance. And now, I realize that many women today live in a similar situation.
In this stage, mothers performing other roles do not sound uncommon. The question perhaps which these well-meaning friends really want to ask is this: How do you behave as a wife, subordinate to your husband, while occupying your time with your child? Truthfully, it is hard. I am just lucky because my husband never acted like a king in our home. In fact, he has time to take care of our only child when he gets a chance, or sometimes even if he is tired from work. He likes being with his little angel. Just like when he arrived from work today, instead of laying his back on the bed, so he could rest for a while, he played with Sarah. That was really an awesome scene for me. I just hope that hubby will always be a devoted father to Sarah, and a supportive husband to me.
