postheadericon Not In the Mood

Reminiscing one hard day last week. Hard days are just normal when you have a child, nevertheless, happiness override such. Isn't it great being a mommy?!

Okay, it was time to lay my baby down for a nap but she could not sleep. She just wanted me to carry her all the time. I was trying to find out why she could not sleep but I did not find anything that would make her uncomfortable. She was not complaining anything, no fuss, no crying but she was quiet and just wanted to sit on my lap or carry her all the time. I thought she missed her dad because she is happy if daddy is taking care of her. I wish hubby will come home soon but I know it is too early for him to go home. I planned to call my husband on the phone so that Sarah could hear her voice but I had a second thought. I might disturbed him at work. Good thing she was then fine afterwards. I know, and she is not in a bad temper either, so probably she was just not in the mood. :-)

It is a bittersweet isn't it? But mostly sweet. :-)

postheadericon Looking/Checking for Playard!

My baby has been moving around, rolling-over and such so pretty a lot. Right now, my husband and I put a  big blanket in our living room along with some barriers at the sides so she won't go to the bare carpet. We made this as a  little playground more than of what her crib space is. Last night I was just checking in the kitchen and minute after I got back, she was not in the blanket (she likes being in the bare carpet to pick-up little spaces or just picking the carpet strands) anymore, I thought my husband picked her up and brought her in the living room. I still called her and hovering my eyes anywhere in the area. Only to find-out she was already near the door, in the shoes area and about to taste the test of the shoes. Grrr!

I hurriedly picked her up, of course.

I just then realized she needs a sturdy playard not the play yard, just like a fence so even if she rolls-over and whatever she likes, she is still in one area, safe and also secure. Also, she can learn how to stand and make steps (hopefully very soon) just like in the crib area. With that, I began to search for that playard. There are actually different kinds, there metal, plastic and such. I just have to choose the savvy kind and quality one which best for her.

Crossing my fingers. :-)

postheadericon Choosing a Suitable Heating and Cooling System

As parents or mommy, one of our main concerns is how we can provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our children. We want to make sure that we provide them with a home where they can grow up without having to worry about whether they can sleep comfortably even if the weather is too cold or to hot and if they are inhaling clean air or not. It is important that we install a heating and cooling system that will provide a stable home temperature whatever season it may be.

Choosing a heating and cooling system for our home is not going to be hard because there are companies that can assist you with it. Right now, they have great typical current specials which you can enjoy. They can provide you with an estimate on what kind of heating and cooling system your home would need. They can have highly trained technicians that know how to properly install the heating and cooling system suitable to the needs of your home. They can have the system up and running at the soonest possible time. They can also guide you on how you can properly maintain your heating and air conditioning system to ensure that they will work properly at all times. With a stable home temperature and with the quality of air improved, your family’s health is not going to be compromised in any way.
