postheadericon What spring Brings

I am really a spring woman. I love spring time, the weather the environment and of course it is not that cold nor that hot. Perfect for going outdoor with my little Sarah. Good to go in the park and enjoy the weather all day long. I love to notice every time all trees and flowers start to bloom. I can really imagine the creation of God. He is truly amazing in all ways.

But for some, they cannot appreciate spring because it brings problem to them! Some are allergic of pollen from the trees. This is not fun at all. I felt so sorry as they cannot enjoy the spring time. Another thing, during spring that I can now wear light clothes and can do a little fashion with it.

Time to use all my spring/summer clothes. So spring is here now, time to start my rounds. So let us enjoy folks the spring time. Cheers!

postheadericon The New Place

(This guest post from Werner Rogers)

I love our new house! I don’t mean I like it, I really, really, really LOVE it! I was scared to make a purchase this big because my husband and I have been saving for a long time but now that we’re finally homeowners I can say that I’m really excited to be in a new place. I loved our old condo but when the baby was born it was really just too small for the three of us and though its location in the center of town was fun it wasn’t exactly family friendly. Anyway, we’ve been really lucky with this old house so far – I went to http://www.electriccompaniestexas.net to get our utilities all squared away, no problem, and I spent a lot of time researching historical fixtures and wood treatments, all of which made this place look better than ever. It’s been a labor of love but over the last few months we’ve really turned this house into a home we’re proud of and that’s more than I can say for some other people in our position! Now that we’re expecting our second child I’m so thankful we’ve got more square footage and (finally) a yard where the kids can play! I loved being in that townhome but now that we’re in a single family I really wonder how I got through so many years without all this space. My husband has been endlessly supportive and though I think he would have preferred something a bit newer and less work I know he settled on this place because I loved the character so. He’s always thinking about what will make me happiest and I would say that’s the mark of an amazing spouse! My husband is the nicest man in the world and now I can say he’s a co-signer with me on a loan – that makes me feel more married than anything else we’ve ever done, including starting our own little family!

postheadericon Child’s Shoes

Parents or mothers will do what they want for their kids, but I was told not to spend a lot of money for my child’s shoes. Their feet just grow too quickly. Hand-me-down shoes make sense within a family, but you are probably not going to be happy about buying second-hand shoes for your child. We are not rich, but I would rather like to buy brand new shoes for my daughter than buying second-hand shoes, though she has also such. Hand-me-down is fine with me, as long as I know the previous owner of the shoes. Other second-hand stuffs, on the other hand, are sometimes not safe for your child’s health. Lice or other insects could easily hide inside it. And for sure, you will not check every part of it when you shop or maybe you forgot most of the times. Even if there are stuff cleaning products in the market, it is still better to buy a new one for your child or children (though I could also not blame those who likes to have it since I also does it sometimes). Anyway, happy shopping everyone! Enjoy! :)
