postheadericon Online Shopping in the New Year

There are couple of reasons why one like to start online shopping as soon as the New Year celebration frenzy died down, including: (1) buying new stuffs for the little one, (2) buying new stuff for the house to welcome the New Year and (3) some cash to spare to fund this worthwhile activity.

Buying online can be quite a risky venture if you do not know the ins and outs of how this alternative way of shopping goes about. For starters, I am doing a bit of reading on nomorerack reviews online just so I can get a clear grasp of how these things work and browsing at nomorerack deals at the same time to take note of items I’d like to purchase once am done doing with my reading. There are a lot of ways and means actually on how to do such but for now, that's what my mind dictates. Am not so much fond of shopping but it is a must especially when we already a mom aside from being a homemaker. Happy New Year everyone!

postheadericon A Good Night’s Sleep

I guess it comes with the territory that you will ultimately miss every good night sleep once you become a mother. Before thinking about completing 8 long hours of sleep each night, you have to put your little one’s welfare first and check whether she is sleeping quite well or needs a diaper change or if she will be waking up in the wee hours of the morning and will coerce you to play with her at 4am. If it happens that your baby is having a sound sleep one night, you still have to wake up every too often to feed her and make sure she won’t wake and have the goodnight sleep that she needs. My baby love is still on her newborn up to 4months journey, meaning, she should have to be fed at every two(2) or three(3) hours which means, you know already (lack of sleep for mom).

Oh well, maybe you can always make up for the lack of sleep during nap time, maybe. Or I think it is just a matter of time management. Good luck first-time mommy(ies) like me! Whew!

postheadericon Moving Here

(Guest post written by my buddy Royce Heath)

When I moved here my parents helped me buy a house so I wouldn’t have to blow so much money on rent, that was super nice of them. They even made me get a Louisiana ADT home security system because they were worried about me being a single girl in a big house by myself but I thought that was overkill, that is, until I got broken into. Thankfully I wasn’t at home (I was at the library studying for the BAR) but when the police called to tell me my alarm had been tripped I felt totally violated. I have since gotten a roommate and that makes me feel safer and we’ve got a big old dog who also keeps me calm. I never knew living alone would be such a hair raiser but at the end of the day I prefer this to living at my parents’ house, bar none. I like my independence and being able to come and go as I please and I’m old enough it makes sense to give up apartment living. I even saved money on my home with an FHA loan.

postheadericon Fresh Flowers for Any Occasion

If you want to personally pick the kind of flowers that you will give, then you can visit your favorite
flower shop and choose among the variety of flowers that are available. You can even talk to the florist and discuss your preferred flower arrangement. If, however, you are looking for a more convenient way of giving fresh flowers to your loved ones, visiting online flower shops would be the best option. They offer the same services that commercial flower shops offer. Most of them also deliver flowers for free. With the variety of flowers that they offer, you will surely find the ones that will best express what you feel.

Fresh flowers can also add beauty to any room. There are some additives for cut flowers that you can use to extend the viability of flowers. Your room would surely smell good and appear more beautiful with the presence of fresh flowers.

What is great about giving flowers as gift is that you can give them on any occasion. And nothing can make a woman feel special than by giving them a bouquet of flowers not just during important occasions but most importantly even during ordinary days. So if there’s an important occasion coming up like birthdays or anniversaries, giving fresh flowers would be an excellent choice.
