And it will be my due date! Whew! Should I have to get excited, nervous or what?! Nah, the best thing I can do is just relax and make the important steps in doing my thing as a mommy-to-be. Being prepared makes difference than getting panic. I know I have contractions already and anytime, any day, I could already give birth to my precious little one. I am just asking your silent prayer for me if it's not too much to ask.
My tummy is already heavy and too much walking isn't good. Well, the "too much" is a barrier. Anything too much anyway, is not good, not balance. It would hurt my ankle and such! Aside from a heavy tummy, I also have swollen right leg which goes on and off. I just have to elevate it and put some alcohol with efficascent oil aside from eating avocado or banana (would help getting rid the swollen leg/s). For now, I put up my massage stuff (the mix efficascent oil with alcohol) and tied-up my lower right leg with a long piece of cloth for injury thing as it hurts then elevates it in other chair whilst doing my thing here -- it is my own initiative. And it feels great, I tell yah.
Shortness of breath and bones butt-ache are always there, not-so with backache but it is manageable. Just the palpitation worried me sometimes, good thing am all good with the help of breathing and relaxing exercise which part of Childbirth Class. Kegel exercise is not good for me yet, not until a week before my due date according to my doctor. I also do sit-ups sometimes and other normal light exercise in the house, doing light household chores. On Friday, two days from now, I'll be going for another OB-BYN/doctor's visit.Yes, a prenatal check-up journey.
I have swollen foot on my last trimester. It came a month ago. Not so big and it come and go. I have to go walking or hang and put some alcohol (or efficascent) when it does its thing. Alright, when it comes, I do it that way. And it's effective. This is a swollen foot because of pregnancy. As it says, one "pregnancy journey". My doctor or OB-GYN told me that most pregnant cannot escape of having and I am just one of them. Some have big ones and all of the feet. I am just thankful that it's just one of mine. I am mindful of what I eat anyway. :-) Good thing. :-)
What about you, do you also experience swollen foot?
And the best thing is, am all fine. Though as my doctor/OB-GYN told me that she's going to check my cervix and baby's weight on this prenatal day which did not happened, but it's fine, that is just minor. The important is my baby is all fine, safe and sound. Her heartbeat was 150 which is great. Along with the visit and that checking, I also asked about my dropping tummy, which I feel it goes down to which that is the normal process and that is what she wants to see. :-) About the Kegel exercise too, I was able to ask and she said, it does not matter to this time yet. She will going to ask me one week before my delivery date. And the third one (I rarely ask question because I have pamphlets and important books from her and from hospital which tells all about it) I asked was about I rarely feel her moving but maybe because I was asleep. And my doctor told me that I won't going to sleep if I cannot feel her moving in three times a day for at least ten times each. If my baby is sleeping, I have to wake her up by eating sweets or cold drinks to make sure or else I have to go to hospital and let her check (by heartbeat, doctor said) what's going on. So, that relieves me.
One thing I did not like lately (just minor) was the waiting of getting my another week of doctor's visit/ prenatal. It was quite a long wait of waiting, really! --- which in fact, it only takes a minute to get it done for me. The other preggo which came before me to talk to the front desk had a problem that's why I waited so long. It sucks but then, I just let it by (or maybe I was not used with it). :-)
