postheadericon Baby Gift Ideas

Sometimes shopping for a new baby can be more difficult than shopping for an adult. A baby gift should not only be appropriate to the baby’s age and stage but should also aim to please the child’s parents. Luckily there are many baby gifts that are fun and educational for a baby as well as meaningful and thoughtful to the parents. Older style toys are coming back into gift giving fashion-especially toys made of wood. Between their natural texture, beautiful colors as well as great durability, you can give a child the same type of gift that you and your parents have plaid with as children. Wooden building blocks or jigsaw puzzles are sure to please. If you would like your gift to be something that a child takes with them from babyhood to adulthood consider gifts that a child can grow older with such as engraved mugs, memory or money boxes. Such gifts can be further made extra special through personalization with their name, and are the type of a gift that a child can use for many years to come. If this new addition comes into a household which already has one child, many families attempt to give a gift to the older sibling so that they feel included in their new expended family. A big brother or a big sister gift can make a child feel extra special. As a baby grows older and starts to develop its young mind, gift should aim to stimulate thinking and motor functions, some great ideas are a push mower, buggies and fun magnetic toys which will have a child moving and thinking in no time. With so many great baby gift ideas for any budget and age and stage of a child’s life, gift giving does not have to be a chore.

postheadericon On Her Jumperoo

This is baby Sam on her jumperoo (thanks to her Tita Aurelyn for giving it to her, how sweet she is). This was taken when was around her five months of age. That was last month. She likes this more by now because she know how to play the stuffs around this jumperoo. She already can sit by herself and stand (with support for the balance). I always put her shoes on before I put her in there. Just lately I found out she can likes to stand playing this toy of her. And the socks with spike-on helps. The shoes has no spikes (the area of her feet-on is plastic) so I better put the socks (yes she has several socks like those) than the shoes.

This jumperoo is a good exercise of her bones to grow stronger. Then later on for walking. Also for her mind. It's really a good start.

So, how do you like it? ;-)
